Responsibilities:

• \tAssist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• \tMonitor patient conditions, report changes, and provide basic care.

• \tEnsure a safe care environment and respect patients' values and beliefs.

• \tManage patient records and sterile supplies.

• \tParticipate in professional development and quality improvement.

• \tPerform other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Requirements:

• \tNITEC in Nursing

• \tAt least 1-2 years of experience

• \tWith valid Singapore Nursing Board license

• \tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
