Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Job Scope:
Requirements:
- Maintain assigned facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Supervise, plan, and implement all maintenance activities effectively.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Diagnose problems and initiate timely corrective actions for maintenance issues.
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance, including managing shutdowns and turn-ons.
- Attend to maintenance requests and provide 24/7 emergency standby support.
- Issue work orders and provide status updates to the Facilities Support Coordinator.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Company as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical & electrical installation and facility maintenance.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
