Job Requirements:
- Prepare Archi / Structural / M&E drawing and as-built drawings.
- Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition, and method statement.
- To coordinate with consultants, project team, and sub-contractors on issuing of drawings Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project.
- Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
- Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
- Explain drawings to Project teams and provide adjustments when is needed.
- Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of Archi drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Drafter in Construction Industry (Equipped with the local construction industry will be an added advantage)
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field AutoCAD and basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills Competency in BIM/Revit Preferred.
- Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
