Job Description:
  • Handle requisition from project team and process purchase orders within required time.
  • Analyzation, comparison, and negotiation of quotations to ensure the best deal.
  • Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order and other related matters.
  • Ensure materials are delivered punctually to site.
  • Monitoring monthly inventory record.
  • Weekly submission of report to accounts.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects / duties assigned.
  • Support project team and perform administrative duties.

Job requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Comfortable working on site office / travel across Singapore to support project team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
