Job Description:
Job requirements:
- Handle requisition from project team and process purchase orders within required time.
- Analyzation, comparison, and negotiation of quotations to ensure the best deal.
- Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order and other related matters.
- Ensure materials are delivered punctually to site.
- Monitoring monthly inventory record.
- Weekly submission of report to accounts.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects / duties assigned.
- Support project team and perform administrative duties.
Job requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Comfortable working on site office / travel across Singapore to support project team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
