Job Descriptions:
- Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers and partners for travel products and services, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences.
- Collect and analyze supplier proposals, pricing information, and product specifications to evaluate suitability and quality.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and partners, including inquiries, negotiations, and contract management.
- Support the product development team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing new travel products and experiences.
- Assist in coordinating product testing, prototyping, and quality assurance processes to ensure product viability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to gather feedback and insights for product refinement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sourcing activities, supplier agreements, and product development projects.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the product development team.
- Provide general administrative support, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel industry, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- To carry out any other job function given by management from time to time
