The Role You Play:

The Reward and Policy Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation, benefits and HR policies. This role ensures that the company's reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The advisor will work closely with HR, finance, and management teams to achieve employee engagement, performance and retention through effective reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reward Strategy: Develop and implement reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain employees that support business objectives

• Policy Development: Design and execute compensation and benefits policies in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.

• Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive.

• Compliance: Ensure all compensation, benefits and HR programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Communication: Effectively communicate reward policies and programs to employees and management.

• Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

• Performance Management: Support the performance management process by aligning reward systems with performance outcomes.

• Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to HR Operations on employees' compensation and benefits queries.

• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of manpower cost budgeting.

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Min 8 years of recent experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards and related policies.

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management in a comparable business size (cross functional regional business of circa 1500 FTE) and M&A experience in integrating companies will be highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

Working conditions:

• Full-time position.

• Office-based with occasional local and overseas travel as required.
