Job Description:

• Prepare and conduct daily Toolbox meeting / RA / SWP briefing.
• Assist to identify and correct unsafe conditions and work practices.
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
• Ensure that all works are performed according to the approved method statement, risk assessment and SWP.
• Conduct and keep record of daily WSHE inspection.
• Carry out daily joint WSHE inspection together with Supervisors and timely rectify any unsafe acts or conditions.
• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events.
• Design an educational training or safety program, complete with ideas and strategies to ensure it's effective and engaging.

Job Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certificate in Safety Coordinators and risk management course (bizSAFE Level 2) with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional certifications (Eg Occupational First Aider , Work-at-Height) are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.
• Able to work independently.
