Sales and Marketing Support

• Location: Woodlands
• Salary : $2800 - $3000
• Working days: Monday - Friday (830am - 6pm)

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in sales/marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing or support role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or health and beauty industries.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Prepare and submit listing forms and promotional forms on a timely manner.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure promotions are planned and executed timely with respective channels.
• Assist to track sales activities and progress against target.
• Maintain accurate records of master price list and catalogue.
• Prepare weekly sales report.
• Work closely with sales ops team to ensure healthy inventory.
• Assist and support the office administrative duties in sales.

Marketing Support

• Support to track and manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, including preparation of A&P Claims.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals for trade promotions.
• Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
• Assist to analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare monthly brand reports as required.
• Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
