- Our client specializes in piping systems and is currently looking to hire a Business Development and Sales professional with a strong focus on major construction/engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in B2B sales within the construction or engineering sector, and have the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in large-scale infrastructure or commercial developments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and eventual sales in major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K) for the Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments
- Creation of new leads through engagement with Key Stakeholders in Consultants and/or End Users to grow businesses.
- Take lead and providing guidance in proposal preparation by coordinating with the sales and technical teams.
- Project management and coordination of large projects in coordination with the Sales and Technical teams. See through the projects from planning through tendering and awarding to execution.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of three years' experience in working on related projects in Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments from a technical capacity
- A minimum of five years' experience in sales and business development for major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K).
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
