Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, promote TCM products, and attract new customers.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on TCM products, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, oversee procurement of herbal medicines and supplements, and ensure proper product display.
• Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent service and product knowledge.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain store cleanliness, compliance with health regulations, and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on marketing initiatives (both offline and online) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, and sales reports to optimize profitability.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in TCM, pharmacy, health & wellness, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal products, and holistic health practices is a strong advantage.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, train staff, and foster a positive work environment.
• Customer-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, inventory management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred) to communicate with suppliers and customers.
