Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets in coordination with departmental heads.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management to drive strategic business decisions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective treasury management.
- Review and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Manage the integration and optimization of Netsuite, ensuring that the system meets the company's financial reporting and operational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP system is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong understanding of local accounting principles, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
