Product Manager(AI/Video Analytics)

Technical Manager is responsible for leading the technical aspects of product development, from concept through to delivery. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of video analytics and AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of AI-driven video analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of product vision, roadmap, and aligning to customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute technical roadmaps for AI-based video analytics products and solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and innovation
• Developing and optimizing AI algorithms, particularly in areas such as computer vision, machine learning, and real-time video processing, to enhance the product's capabilities
• Lead the technical design and architecture of video analytics solutions.
• Keeping abreast with emerging AI technologies and video analytics trends, and lead initiatives to develop innovative products.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; or certifications in Digitalisation, AI and Data Science
• 5+ years of technical management experience, with strong focus in AI, machine learning, and video analytics
• Proficiency with AI applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and expectations and recommendations to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to design scalable, efficient, and high-performance AI-driven video analytics systems
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing the end-to-end development cycle of complex technical products
