Job Description:
- Attend and follow through on inquiries.
- Handle customer service and client relations, complaints and related matters.
- Clients visit for home visit consultation when required
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and client care on the CRM and other company systems.
- Build rapport, generate reports, and collect feedback on the standards, effectiveness, and efficiency of company personnel and products.
- Responsible for data analysis, generating, reviewing, and preparing trend reports, updates on key business metrics, and providing insights that drive decision-making
- Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.
- Involves and participates in projects relating to the business growth and improvements
- Prepare and conduct internal training based on business needs when required
- Foster positive communication and collaboration among different teams and departments to ensure cohesiveness.
- Assist the Head on Operations with daily operations, including checking, monitoring, analysis, preparation of business slides, reports and documents.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry, especially in-home care services.
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.
Compensation:
- 5.5 days; Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
