NTU-WeBank Joint Research Centre On FinTech is Singapore's 1st Joint Research Centre in Fintech. By employing "state-of-the-art" research, such as data science and analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technologies, the centre aims to enable and realise Banking 4.0, where banking can be personalised and done anytime, anywhere.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our FinTech research team as a Project Officer. The successful candidate will support ongoing research initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist faculty members with FinTech research projects
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and technological data
• Prepare literature reviews and research summaries
• Support the development of research papers and presentations
• Help organize FinTech-related workshops and seminars
• Maintain research documentation and databases

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from computer science, business analytics, or a relevant major
• Strong academic background in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in FinTech innovations, digital banking, blockchain, or cryptocurrency
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
