The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) invites applications for the position of Project Officer. The Project Officer will be working on fermentation technology and food product development funded by a major agri-food company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop proprietary technology
• Develop new formulation of flavors/tastes
• Oversees project progression
• Progress update to the project PI
• Monitoring purchases and manage finances

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or a related fields
• Experience is fermentation technology
• Experience in taste and flavor profile analysis
• Experience in working with food industry
