- ATM Installation, Relocation, and Termination: Manage the entire lifecycle of ATMs, from initial site assessment to final handover. This includes:Conducting thorough site assessments and surveys with landlords, leasing teams, and appointed vendors (power routing, plinth positioning, etc.).
Instructing appointed contractors on site preparation. Reviewing and approving visual plans.
Overseeing site handover with all relevant parties.
Preparing requisitions for data lines and other necessary materials.
Submitting job requests to network providers (NW) with appropriate lead time (minimum 3 weeks).
Coordinating with telecom contractors for IT fiber point installation.
Preparing and distributing a monthly work schedule to stakeholders.
Coordinating and overseeing all ATM installation, relocation, and termination work.
Submitting photographic evidence of completed ATM installations to relevant teams (CBG & CRESA).
Processing payments for completed work through the Coupa system.
Handling site handover to landlords for service terminations. - Stakeholder Management:Effectively coordinating and attending meetings with various stakeholders, including CRESA, business unit staff, contractors, and other tradespeople.
Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Proactive communication and reporting on project status. - Administrative Tasks:Managing project documentation and records.
Creating and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
