You will assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals. You will also prepare the daily ingredients, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure that meal quality standards are met.

Requirements
  • Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to perform staggering shift between 5am to 7pm, 5 days a week (42 hours per week), including weekends and public holiday
