- The Associate, WRB CEO Office, reports to the WRB Chief of Staff and as part of the WRB CEO Office, provides support in areas such as office administration, event management, communications, and governance.
- This is a hands-on role which involves close collaboration with the BPMs and other direct reports of the WRB Management Team, offering rich opportunities to learn about WRB strategy, segments and products, at the Group level as well as across our diverse markets.
- The Associate needs to possess a can-do attitude, humility, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle ambiguity as well as adapt quickly to changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Administration / General
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the WRB CEO Office e.g. consolidate discussion materials for WRB MT meetings and ensure that meeting rooms are set up, collection and exchange of seasonal festive gifts with internal and external stakeholders.
- When needed, provide cover for the WRB CEO's Personal Assistant.
- Prepare briefing notes or speaking notes ahead of key meetings.
- Organise WRB MT volunteering and team building events.
- Provide other ad hoc support as needed.
Event Management / Communications
- Support organisation of WRB MT face-to-face meetings and offsites, business trips by the WRB CEO, staff engagement events (e.g. Leadership Huddle, Global Town Hall), client events, etc
- Support the WRB CEO communications agenda, working with CABM to communicate key messages across WRB business and functions.
- Draft speaking notes and presentation materials for internal and external speaking engagements.
- Governance
- Support governance activities of the WRB CEO Office, such as cost/travel trackers, Power of Attorney registry, HR processes
- Ensure relevant risks and/or issues are brought to the attention of the WRB Chief of Staff

Our Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of Tertiary education qualification
- 3+ years of banking experience
- A proactive can-do attitude, willingness to be hands-on, humility, and eagerness to learn, as the scope of work ranges from administrative tasks to more complex work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset, to influence and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve and handle ambiguity, including flexibility to adapt to changes and peaks in workload at short notice
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Creative flair and experience with graphic/visual design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage
- Familiarity with WRB is an advantage
