You will be responsible for : <ul> <li>Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in both Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacy for NCID</li> <li>Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes</li></ul> Requirements <ul> <li> Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council</li> <li>Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy</li> <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Good team player and communication skills</li></ul>
