Job Description:
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers for construction projects.
  • Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle cash receipts and deposits.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process supplier invoices for payment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
  • Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receiving report) for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
  • Process accounting transactions, including journal entries.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Maintain GST records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Generate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.


Job Requirements:
  • Degree / diploma in accountancy or any other relevent field
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience. Working experience in construction sector is added advantage.
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Candidates with prior experience with IFCA accounting software will have a significant advantage, but not a must
