Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers for construction projects.
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle cash receipts and deposits.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Process supplier invoices for payment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
- Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receiving report) for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Process accounting transactions, including journal entries.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and submit GST returns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
- Maintain GST records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Generate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / diploma in accountancy or any other relevent field
- At least 2 years of accounting experience. Working experience in construction sector is added advantage.
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail
- Candidates with prior experience with IFCA accounting software will have a significant advantage, but not a must
