- Identify and strike a partnership with the right insurer who is capable of;
- a) Offering strong commercials,
- b) Support the partnership with some committed investment to build capability
- c) Designing product and pricing suitable to Singtel
- d) Building a tech stack to offer strong pre & post purchase journey and
- e) A good customer claims experience
- Work with Analytics, CLM, IT, Customer Success and Customer Value to deliver the desired GWP and Revenue
- Design the right buy flows, claims process and other aspects of customer touch points to drive a good user experience
Skills for Success
- Corporate Agent License
- Worked in the financial services and digital space
- Understanding the Insurance Regulatory framework
- Keen appreciation of analytics and ability to work Advanced Analytics team
- Comfortable to work on business case and product profitability
- Comfortable in managing external and internal stakeholders
- Deep understanding of channels both Digital & Tele-calling
