Executive, Transition & Integration
NTU Student Affairs Office (SAO) seeks to achieve its mission of collaborating and co-creating a meaningful and enriching student life experience with its partners via promoting students' personal growth through co-curricular learning arising from student-led activities, leadership development initiatives, residential hall programmes, inclusion and integration efforts, community engagement initiatives and sports.
This position will support the Transition & Integration Team, within the SAO, in the administration of various student development programmes such as the Transition & Orientation Programme and various Integration initiatives.

This position will support the Transition & Integration Team, within the SAO, in the administration of various student development programmes such as the Transition & Orientation Programme and various Integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin support for the Transition and Orientation Programme (TOP)
- Support the Programme Lead in all operational aspects of the Transition & Orientation Programme and provide seamless coordination with various NTU organisations.
- Coordinate venue and resource allocation amongst TOP organisers.
Admin support for Integration initiatives
- Support the Programme Lead in all operational aspects of Integration initiatives and provide seamless coordination with various NTU organisations.
- Assist in the liaison with students to encourage participation.
- Maintain and update a database of post-event survey results.
Cross-functional student development initiatives
- Support assigned cross-functional student development initiatives or committees at the SAO, Student and Academic Services Department (SASD), or University level when required.
Requirements:
- A Diploma holder from local polytechnics with experience in administration preferably in educational settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Possess working knowledge of database and process management.
- Meticulous and organised.
- Proactive, efficient and able to multi-task.
- Good communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and concisely (written and oral).
- Good interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with people at different levels of the organisation.
- Service-oriented mindset.
