Job Description & Requirements
Requirement:
- Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
- Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards.
Requirement:
- Candidate must have recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
- Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
- Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
