We are a multi-disciplinary design team whose primary role is to identify opportunities and problems that others choose to ignore and solve it with innovative and ingenious solutions that defy convention using proven technologies or innovations. Through compelling presentations with stunning product visuals to highlight the benefits of the featured innovation, it encourages technological adoption. We bridge the gap between technologies and customers by acting as a catalyst for greater idea generation and getting customers to understand innovation better from a layman perspective.

As you unleash your creativity and competencies, you will establish strong partnerships with new and existing industry members, work with engineers to build world-class products and applications for our customers. By understanding our customers' real business and product needs, you strive to deliver goals, create impacts, and enjoy working in a dedicated cross-functional team environment. You will develop business strategy and implement membership roadmaps aligned with our objectives and business plan.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve goals in the translation of R&D outcomes to viable products and solutions.
- Analyze market trends by category, develop business strategy and implement membership roadmaps and new growth markets.
- Build and manage project, business and technology portfolio in order to develop business opportunities and generate revenue streams.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for organisation's value proposition and sales efforts.
- Organise and facilitate workshops to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with A*STAR Industry Development Group, research entities, and other Centres of Innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Highly motivated to deliver high-quality and professional ethics with passion for business development, and managing customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and able to adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
- Bonus - Sustainability framework in Product Management: Develop and implement strategies for integrating sustainability and energy efficiency into the product lifecycle, from conception to market launch.
- Bonus - Experience in a sustainability or ESG-related role, demonstrating a track record of innovation and delivering tangible business value.
- Bonus - Experience within the Aircraft Interiors, Medical device or other regulated industry.
