The successful candidate will lead a small team of analysts familiar with applying bioinformatic algorithms to diverse forms of DNA and RNA sequencing data in order to obtain biological insights. The Platform will serve to assist the bioinformatic needs of researchers (both from within A-STAR/GIS and external) who use nucleic acid sequencing as a tool in their research by responding to requests.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in computational biology
• Experience in handling genomic (DNA and RNA) datasets being an advantage.
