About Our Team
The Content Design & Product Writing team makes the TikTok consumer product easy and delightful to use through clear and expressive UX writing. We sit in the US, Singapore, and China, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to launch and iterate product features that engage our viewers and content creators.
We're looking for a writer to collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Regional Operations, Design, and Localization teams to write campaign content for TikTok LIVE. Through clear and expressive writing, you'll create campaign content to educate creators and viewers, and drive engagement of LIVE product features. You'll work closely with the local operations team and localization specialists to ensure a high standard of GTM materials that resonate with the Indonesian market. You'll also apply and evolve our style guidelines.
You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. You're also a strategic communicator, helping to define product narratives in conjunction with your team.
Responsibilities
1. Write and own the quality of TikTok LIVE campaigns for the market
2. Collaborate closely with product managers, product operations, regional operations, designers, and localization to set a high bar for GTM content;
3. Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized
4. Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices;
5. Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders;
6. Collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback;
7. Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in digital writing for websites, campaigns, emails;
2. Deep understanding of social media and mobile application users
3. Experience in content strategy
4. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product teams;
5. Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements;
6. Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: feature articles, ad campaigns, blog posts, product launch content, editorial calendar, email newsletters, style guide additions
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience working on a global product with international partners;
2. Experience working in livestreaming business.
