Responsibilites
- Responsible for the core transaction flow product work in the Southeast Asia region, accountable for user experience, product efficiency, and transaction volume; need to deeply understand the e-commerce transaction flow and related order, address, and payment capability logic.
- Deeply engage with and gain insights from consumer feedback, identify optimization actions to improve order decision-making and transaction experience, and enhance transaction efficiency; prioritize consumer experience.
- Possess a good sense of cooperation and resource coordination ability, able to closely cooperate with internal and external teams, and drive cross-team demand and project management.
- Find optimization directions through various means such as data analysis, industry research, and user surveys, and design and implement product plans. 5. Continuously monitor industry trends and platform data, and continuously promote optimization iterations based on feedback from all parties.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce product experience.
- Possess good user empathy and business logic, interested in overseas markets, able to actively research and identify differences in different markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent logical and structured thinking, able to clearly define and decompose core indicators, reasonably evaluate business benefits, and have judgment on priorities; deeply understand the key to product success or failure, can clearly define problems, seek multiple solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stress resistance ability, able to clearly define project goals, plan project rhythm, and coordinate cross-team resources to implement projects.
