We are looking for a senior executive who will be a key administrator to an assigned MSc programme in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The position will also assist with other functional tasks for the Graduate Studies Office.

We are looking for a senior executive who will be a key administrator to an assigned MSc programme in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The position will also assist with other functional tasks for the Graduate Studies Office.
Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Administrate all processes from admissions to matriculation, coursework and graduation pertaining to an assigned MSc programme.
- Contribute to and support events organized by the Graduate Studies Office such as Orientation and Welcome sessions, Workshops, Alumni networking events, Industry Seminar series, Graduation Dinner, Programme Retreat, Summer School, and any Overseas Outreach trips.
- Ensure that all Postgraduate examination question papers are formatted according to University guidelines.
- Attend to enquiries by prospective students, current students, and faculty.
- Support implementation of Continuing Education and Training courses administered through NTUs' Centre for Professional and Continuing Education.
- Facilitate preparation of data and statistics as and when required.
Requirements:
- Degree with 2-3 years of work experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, task-oriented
- Ability to effectively set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders of various levels.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous and resourceful with a passion to achieve.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Event planning and project management experience is an advantage.
