Job Description

As a GFS Manager, you will perform business and IT support of the financial and procurement processes and work out enhancements in line with the business requirements and within the globally defined template. You will also participate in the planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support for PSA Group of companies worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Play a significant role in connecting and bridging between the business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Perform analysis on the business enhancements and propose solutions within the given global template
  • Perform and/ or supervise changes to the system in accordance to the proposed solution
  • Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to develop innovative improvement solutions and processes, recommend and implement these improvements through effective stakeholders' management and communications
  • Conduct the following:
  1. Test the developed/ configured solutions technically
  2. Support business-users in their daily business
  3. Provide 2nd/ 3rd level support to key-users in case of issues and liaise with the experts (internal, external) to get these issues sorted out
  • Act as project manager for internal Oracle Fusion Cloud rollout projects as part of PSA Franchise value cascade

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Professional background
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Services, with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Financials, Sourcing and Procurement modules for functional will be an advantage
  • 2+ years' lead and coaching role in Oracle Fusion Integration projects
  • Experienced in supporting Oracle Fusion Integration regionally or globally

Technical skills
  • Strong knowledge of OIC, SFTP, ATP database, Web/REST services, proficient to develop and review OIC Integrations using webservices/REST Services, building custom UI screens and workflow approvals using VBCS and WCS
  • Strong knowledge on SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Workflow and proficient to build custom Oracle BI
  • Reports, OTBI reports and SmartView
  1. Good supporting skills in the functional business areas
  2. High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support
  3. Familiar with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contractual matter
  4. Have knowledge in accounting, financial and procurement functional processes

Business skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the users and their managers; as well as the vendors, system analysts, and system engineers supporting you
  • Understanding and applying change management
  • Good analysis skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill the users' requirements
  • Good vendor contract management skill to manage a group of contract programmers for technical work
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules
  • Able and willing to travel globally
