About the Team
Evaluation is a very important link in search engines, which can help search engines evaluate the quality and relevance of search results, thereby improving users' search experience. As an independent team in the search product department, our evaluation team provides independent, objective and accurate evaluation viewpoints by formulating and implementing a global evaluation plan, combined with various evaluation and research data, to help the entire product development team continuously understand users' needs and optimize user experience. Daily work of the team covers user research, data analysis, project management and other related areas. If you are interested, we would be delighted to have you join us.

About the Team

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the user experience and scale of TikTok vertical search (such as text/user/poi/music, etc.)
- Able to provide vertical search planning (including goals/core path) based on analysis of user requirement, industry competition environment , TikTok content ecology
- Collaborate closely with RD/ OP / DA to promote collaborative launch of various projects, and conduct systematic analysis of project data
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of experience in search-engine as PM role Preferred
