Duties and Responsibilities - Process Integration

• Plan the integration flow with device designers
• Draft the runsheet by translating the flow into process steps and capturing necessary shortloops
• Perform the DoE with process module teams
• Track the lot and report the progress
• Identify failure modes/root causes and address the problems by proposing changes
• Must be good at documentation and written communication

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• A basic understanding of the semiconductor processes is preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processes (Diffusion, Wet Clean, CMP, ECP, Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, etc.) will add advantages.
• Must be a team worker with the project stakeholders (device design, process module, and equipment/facility).
