Team Introduction

We are looking for a Partner Acceleration Manager to join our Product Partnerships team, with a focus on accelerating the adoption of our partner solutions in APAC. Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and builders with an eye for what's next. You will work directly with the Product Partnerships team, our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into internal and external programs and solutions, designed to help businesses find success on TikTok.

- Lead strategic initiatives for both global partners expansion in APAC and regional partners acceleration; Independently oversee the efficient running of strategic initiatives between TikTok and 3rd-party companies.

- Partner with Growth & Marketing teams to define the most impactful lead acquisition process and online/offline sales activations via partners.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internal and external.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of work experience, preferably at a technology company.

- Experience successfully leading strategic projects or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.

- You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.

- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions in an ambigious environment.

- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.

- Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualification:

- 3+ years in growth marketing or product marketing, SMB business is a great plus.
