Job Description

Job Description
  • Work closely with service team on daily submitted service work orders for closing.
  • Preparation and processing of invoicing for completed work order
  • Ensuring all service work orders are accurate and completed with relevant document.
  • Ensuring all completed service work order are closed daily
  • Ensuring all invoices are sent out to correctly with supporting documentation.
  • Daily service work orders' documents reconciliation
  • Preparation of daily/monthly reports compilation for manager approval
  • Assist in subcon closing and processing payment.
  • Assist in monthly service sales closing.
  • Assist to consolidate CN for manager approval and ensure documents are in order.
  • Assist in an internal and external audit.
  • Provide general administrative support to the service department as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement

Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of operation or administrative experience.
  • Possess good communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and a team-player.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, Outlook.
