The position of Senior Executive, Design Pathway is responsible for supporting ADM Area in Design specialized software for 1st Year General Pathway in Design/Interactive/ Viscom/ Photo and operational technical support, specialized and IT equipment operation/maintenance and enforcing work safety/protocol. All these are needed to run the various areas in ADM and are critical to its teaching, learning and research aspects. To supports all needs and requirements of the school as well as providing an excellent service to our users so as creating an efficient and effective teaching environment which will support the mission and objective for School of Art Design and Media.

Job Description:

• To lead in operations of design software across different areas i.e. Foundation/Photo/Design in Workshops and Specialized rooms/labs/workshops.
• To maintain specialized workstations which host ADM Design & Media Art software.
• To prepare teaching aids and student materials.
• To assist and instruct students on the operations of software and specialized setups.
• To be involved and assist in projects whenever necessary.
• Providing Support and Managing the delivery of technology products and Services
• To add value to the school's technical operations by providing technical suggestions and improvements where ever applicable.
• Managing users' experience as 'internal customers' to ensure that technical issues are resolved to their utmost satisfaction.
• Provide high level of professionalism and initiative when dealing with problems and end-users
• Provide suggestions and ideas for lab improvements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering
• Prior working experience in the education industry is preferred
• A minimum of 4 years working experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with people from diverse.
• Experience in serigraphy and print making will be an advantage.
• Experience in procurement and specification in written.
