Senior Executive, Stewardship

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, Gift Stewardship and Reporting, the Senior Executive's role is to support Stewardship through engagement and relationship building with donors.
The role is responsible for the stewardship of donor, primarily in supporting ongoing engagement activities and contributing to accurate and impactful reporting. This role involves managing donor engagement programs and activities, preparing detailed impact reports, and working closely with other departments to enhance donor relationships and communication.

- Stewardship Management: Execute stewardship plans, including donor engagement and personalized communications.
- Event Coordination: Support the organizing and execution of donor recognition events, ensuring exceptional experiences for participants.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed impact reports, track donor data, and ensure accurate reporting of donor activities.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgets for stewardship activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Understanding of philanthropy as it relates to higher education.
- Knowledge of good donor relationship management.
- 1- 2 years' experience, preferably in higher education (or a comparably complex organization) Candidates with no prior experience, but with a keen interest in stewardship, are welcome to apply.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to innovate and deal with ambiguity and organizational sensitivity with tact and diplomacy; to be opportunistic, responsive, resourceful, and resilient.
- Demonstrate an understanding of advancement work, as well as an understanding and appreciation of cultural and intercultural sensitivities.
