Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality skills and ability to interact with wide range of client demands.
  • Assist Catering Supervisor with catering events and to manage the day-to day F&B operations in a professional manner while meeting client needs.
  • Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity.
  • Assist Hospitality Supervisor to manage equipment, stock inventory accurately and pantry supplies. (I.e., Air pot, ordering of drinks, coffee bean etc.)
  • Ensure client floor pantry is being top-up promptly.
  • Ensure all crockery are wash and restore back to the destined place.
  • Setting up to user requirement in the training rooms and provide beverages to them.
  • Check, and tidy all the individual training rooms. Refresh training rooms before next event arrival.
  • Prepare lunch area by setup and set down for events.
  • Escort caterer to the destined training room.
  • Ensuring all food & beverage are delivered to clients in a timely and professional manner before their event.
  • Inter department cross training and refresher course will be provided yearly - Whenever the teams need help you will be always ready to stand in.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients and the relevant departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Hospitality Supervisor or Manager.
