PaCE@NTU plays a pivotal role in coordinating and uniting efforts across various internal departments and external partners to effectively promote NTU's postgraduate programmes by coursework (PGCs), as well as its lifelong learning initiatives. Beyond the PGCs offered by Schools, Colleges and Institutes, PaCE collaborates with these entities to provide interdisciplinary Master of Science programmes, Graduate Certificate and FlexiMasters Certificate courses that can lead to a Master's degree.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract, engage, and support PGC students throughout their educational journey. The role oversees outreach efforts to prospective students, enhances their experience once enrolled, and ensures their success and satisfaction through graduation and beyond. The incumbent will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage key relationships, and drive initiatives that align with the institution's goals. The role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage key relationships, and drive initiatives that align with the institution's goals.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for student outreach and experience that aligns with the institution's mission, vision, and goals for postgraduate programmes by coursework (PGCs).
- Lead and manage the Student Outreach and Experience team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
Student Outreach and Recruitment
- Develop a fully integrated outreach and publicity strategy that leverages various communication channels and external partners to attract and engage key target audiences.
- Design and execute outreach campaigns aimed at attracting a diverse and talented pool of prospective students.
Student Engagement and Experience
- Oversee the development and implementation of programmes and services that enhance the student experience, from orientation to graduation.
- Lead initiatives that promote student involvement in co-curricular activities, clubs, and organizations to foster a vibrant campus community.
- Coordinate and develop strategies to enhance student development and satisfaction, including career support services, mentorship programmes, and wellness initiatives.
Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze data on student application, admission, and engagement to inform outreach and experience strategies.
- Monitor trends in student recruitment, retention, and employment to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust and refine outreach and experience efforts, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of PGC students.
Requirements:
- Minimum Master's Degree with experience preferably in student outreach, marketing and engagement
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation and data analysis
