Job Description
- Plan, direct and deliver training programme / activities for regional office
- Conduct review of existing training and to improve training programme / activities for regional office
- Design and develop e-Learning content.
- Improvise training and audit processes, documents, and forms for better productivity and efficiency at work.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline Candidates with relevant experience in training and as trainer will have an advantage.
- Possess ACTA/DACE certified will have an advantage.
- Having technical knowledge/background of HVAC/control will have an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Highly positive with the can-do" spirit.
