We are looking for a Family Ambassador (Team Leader) to join our team!

As a Family Ambassador (Team Leader) we rely on you to:

Responsibilities

• To oversee the Ambassadors and be responsible for playing area of indoor & outdoor, Explorer Zone, Toddler zone, Activity Rooms, Party Rooms, Recharge Café, Reception, Toilets, Nursing Room and Kids Club Area
• To carry out activities and interact with the guests to ensure an energetic, fun, safe and educational session.
• Plan and manage the roster schedule
• Assist Manager in inventory count and order items when required
• Ensure smooth communication with the team with regards to operation standards, promotions and activities
• To be always alert, attentive and assume a pleasing and helpful attitude toward members and colleagues at all time.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in such a manner to ensure the health, safety and security of each child.

Requirements

• Experience working in theme parks, tourist attractions, kids' corner in museums / hotels, childcare centre has added advantage
• Experience working with childen is preferred
• Knowledge of video editing has an added advantage
• Service-oriented
• Able to work shifts
