Material Management Executive

Job Description:
- Maintain the flow of materials from warehouse to workshop necessary for production and operational success.
- Lead and develop the materials handling team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage the spares delivered from warehouse and check against the pick list generated by SAP system.
- Inspect and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Process rejected or non conformance spares upon rejection by Operations Team
- Manage the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) and ensure spares are securely stored in the ASRS.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems that optimize storage.
- Generate monthly report on the ASRS and ensure Operations Team collect the spares on time (within 3 working days)
- Generate RFQ and WIP report for Quality Service Team on a monthly basis for Customer Meeting (secondary role)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics and Material Management.
- A team player
- Good communication skill
