Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to work on the mechanistic understanding of innate immune cells. The candidate should have a good background of immunology and is familiar with using softwares such as FlowJo and R for analysis. The candidate will be exposed to a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment with opportunities to collaborate with external scientists.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform flow cytometry experiments and analysis of mice tissue organs including blood, liver, skin and bone marrow.
  • Comfortable with mice handling, administration of drugs into mice and in vivo techniques such as adoptive transfer of cells.
  • Carry out transcriptomic analysis such as single-cell RNA sequencing analysis and ATAC-seq analysis
  • Perform cryosections and carry out immunofluorescence imaging
  • Perform in vitro cell cultures with primary human cells
  • Communicate findings through scientific publications and presentations.

Job Requirement
  • PhD in Immunology
  • Experience in mice handling and working with in vivo models
  • Proficient in programming languages such as R, with familiarity of bioinformatics tools and public databases.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
