FILM DISTRIBUTION CO-ORDINATOR (PART-TIME)

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely and precise box office reporting to internal and external stakeholders daily.
• Work closely with the Finance team to resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy of all the box office data.
• Consolidate and tidy up industry-wide yearly box office reports on monthly basis.
• Ad-hoc reports creation to address immediate box office analysis needs of supervisors and executives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma & above.
• Meticulous, analytical, detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
• Possess strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong interest and wide knowledge of the entertainment industry, especially movies.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Arrangements (20 Hours per week)

• Working hours per day: 9:00am to 1:00pm
• Working days per week: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
