Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and refinement of the NUHS@Home IT/NGEMR strategic plans, as well as long-term planning of strategy & workplans
- Support in development in NUHS@Home IT and NGEMR project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverable, and monitoring and reporting of outcomes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project task progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimise delays.
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful ops & technology integration.
- Identify potential barriers to change and propose solutions to overcome them.
- Develop communication plans, training materials such as training manuals, user guides, and other change management tools to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks within the specified timeline, ensuring high-quality work and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts and project management software, is a plus
