We are looking for smart, motivated data analysts and computational biology researchers to contribute to the development of new methods for understanding cellular plasticity in cancer using data from various technologies in spatial -omics to mass spectrometry. The candidate should have strong mathematical intuition and programming skills, and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment that includes biologists, pathologists and computational biologists. This will be a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to cutting edge data analytics and computational biology techniques leading to impactful translational work and publications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics, computer science, data Science, or a related field
• High proficiency in scripting languages to build pipelines and packages (Python, Julia and statistical languages such as R, particularly in the use of packages such as Bioconducter or Biopython)
• Additional skills in bash and C++ will be useful and candidate should be experienced working in Unix environments with computing clusters/servers
• A strong background and course work in statistics, computer science and data science is preferable.
