Other
School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences seek to hire the position of Senior Executive, MSc Office. The position will assist the school management primarily in the administration of MSc graduate studies.

This position reports directly to Manager, Student Administration. The incumbent is responsible to process administrative and technical matters regarding MSc graduate programmes for School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Examination Planning and Conduct
  • Assist in exam planning and logistics.
  • Conduct of decentralized exams.
  • Assist in checking of mark entry.


Student Feedback
  • Prepare and administer student feedback on instructors' teaching.
  • Collect, tabulate and analyze student feedback.


Enquiries
  • Attend to role-based account enquiries.


Course/Curriculum
  • Assist in course registration.
  • Assist in putting up OBTL for change in course content/curriculum.
  • Timetable planning and logistics.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma with 4 years of relevant/equivalent experiences (preferably in academic administration)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience in data management and related software is advantageous.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be interacting with students, faculty, staff, and parents so the ability to communicate professionally and effectively is crucial.
  • Possess an approachable demeanour and able to collaborates effectively within team-oriented settings.
  • Event Planning: Experience in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, or seminars is advantageous.
  • Organization and time management: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple task as and deadlines efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Able to adapt to dynamic and manage unforeseen situations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Demonstrates responsibility, dedication, and a sincere commitment to supporting the School and students.
  • Ability to show initiative on a daily basis and willingness to learn.
