Overseeing the onboarding of the Account into the JLL ecosystem from the JLL/Consulting perspective. Familiarity with Workplace Strategy, Portfolio Strategy and Change Management, as well as Programme Management and client engagement skills desirable.

1. Collaborating with the JLL globally to align APAC regional roll-out with global standards

2. Liaising with senior site and real estate leadership to explain the roll-out of the IFM contract and the implications for the existing IFM operation model, migration to the new model

3. Identify and assess the real estate opportunities and implications of any changes in work style (e.g.: changes in agile and hybrid work patterns)
