Deployed in the Patient Relations and Feedback team, you will work closely with clinicians and administrators and be responsible for managing both clinical and non-clinical feedback. You will conduct investigations, draft reply letters to address the feedback raised and support the team on attending hotline calls.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Relevant working experience in a healthcare institution is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
• A pleasant disposition with mature personality
• An independent and proactive team player who is meticulous and able to multi-task
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
