In this role, you will join a highly collaborative team that deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Finance, etc.), you will help equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and ensure that our customers' needs are addressed and conveyed to client/product teams.



  • Support quarterly planning and goal setting, facilitate activation across programs, including leading pre-pitch/co-pitch consults on opportunities, monitor and report on key metrics.
  • Make business recommendations via presentations that effectively translate technical work to business partners and executives through synthesized analyses and visual storytelling.
  • Share customer and sales product feedback with Global Product Leads in order to ensure the product roadmap reflects the needs of GCS sellers and customers.
  • Work with Global Product Leads and Program Managers to ensure key collaterals are developed. Leverage resources to equip sellers with product knowledge and expertise.
  • Collate information regarding common objections, strategies, product knowledge gaps, etc. and lead product training internally and externally.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a business, consulting, product go-to-market, product development, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Google Ads products.


  • Experience of presenting to audiences at all levels.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and what drives success, with app-specific knowledge.
  • Ability to think strategically in analyzing the needs of clients and teams and manage ambiguity in projects.
  • Ability to lead virtual project teams within a large organization and build data-driven insights to influence executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to speak and write in Japanese fluently to to communicate with local and regional partners and stakeholders.
