Overview
  1. To assist in recruitment of trial participants on a day to day basis
  2. To facilitate administration of surveys, questionnaires and interviews related to study.
  3. To work with the research team in data collection, data analysis, academic writing.
  4. To coordinate the administrative aspects of research planning, execution, which includes familiarisation with ethics related approval requests, organising meetings.
  5. Administrative and logistics planning pertaining to research study.
  6. Smooth facilitation of trial participant recruitment
  7. Effectively organises meetings
  8. Timely replies to ethics board, administration related requests

Requirements
  • A diploma or equivalent in qualifications in Science/ Public Health/ Social Science with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus to meet research deliverables and targets.
  • Independent and mature. Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment with different groups of stakeholders.
  • Bilingual preferred (fluent in Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
