Job scope:
Job requirements:
- Conduct regular literature surveys of technologies for ammonia synthesis/cracking/combustion in thermocatalysis or electrocatalysis or plasma catalyst
- Work with project PI to develop experimental plans and assist in experimental design
- Conduct experiments to collect kinetic parameters
- Characterisation of catalyst properties with various physical and chemical methods.
- Coordinate with vendors on reactor modification and improvement.
- Presentation at regular project meetings and summarize results in reports
- Compile results for publications in scientific journals or patents
Job requirements:
- PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or Applied Physics
- Knowledge in catalysis
- Hands experience on operation for fixed bed reactor.
- Experience in reactor building with automation is preferred
- Proactive, team player and good problem-solving skills
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Excellent oral/written communication
- Willingness to learn new skills and explore new ideas
